Some time ago, a friend moved away and parted with much of her yarn stash. Some of it went to live with another friend of mine, who recently passed 15 balls of Elann Superwash Bamboo to me. In a bright, screaming red, this yarn wanted to be rich, bold garments. Behold!
Jetty, by Cecily Glowick Macdonald. You know, sort of. Okay, fine: I knit a top down raglan and slapped the cable in the middle.
With a matching cardigan. Because, why not? Three-quarter sleeves, knit to measure with fully fashioned shaping, top down set in sleeves, seamless and integral button bands.
Now I just a need a job to wear my new twinset!
Both are gorgeous. The cardigan particularly is a perfect fit! So flattering.
